Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a qualified Lead, Talent Management to drive key initiatives in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Team Effectiveness in the Space & Airborne Systems Human Resources Center of Excellence. This role will serve as a program leader and consultant, shaping and executing strategies that enhance the employee experience, optimize team performance, and drive a high-performance culture. This role is a remote opportunity, but ideally targeting an employee in Palm Bay, FL area available for a few intermittent onsite activities.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead strategy development and consultation for engagement initiatives.
  • Represent the segment on the enterprise Engagement & Performance Councils.
  • Identify and propose creative solutions to enhance the employee experience and ensure high-impact employee engagement programs and activities.
  • Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to build manager capability in creating a culture of engagement and high performance.
  • Serve as an internal consultant and coordinator for initiatives that enhance team effectiveness; facilitate DiSC workshops and executive new leader assimilation.
  • Oversee the annual performance management process to help cultivate a high-performance culture.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of offered programs, make data-driven recommendations for enhancements, and stay up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Complete other Organizational Effectiveness related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior related experience, or Graduate Degree with 7 years of prior related experience in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience in Employee Engagement and Organizational/Management Development, with a proven track record of managing engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Strong consulting, coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Florida State is $86,000- $159,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including healthy and disability insurance, 401 (k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
