Job Description:
Solution Architect specializing in enabling design, development, deployment and operational support of production planning functionality. Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test Deltek Costpoint Production Planning, providing expert guidance on best practices.
- Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for Deltek Costpoint Production Planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support the implementation and ongoing support of production planning functionality for large Deltek Costpoint projects, including system upgrades, and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
- Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for Deltek Costpoint production planning, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues.
- Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements.
- Stay current with new technologies, especially within Deltek Costpoint, to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience with Deltek Costpoint, with a proven track record of successful system support.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.
- Strong technical background in business operations – tools and processes.
- Experience working within ERP applications, with emphasis on production planning.
- Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in NYC areas is $119,500- $222,500. The salary range for this role in New York state is $104,000- $193,000.This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
