Job Description:
The L3Harris IT Portfolio Shaping team is seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead complex integration and separation activities. This role demands extensive knowledge and experience in networking, security, virtualization, storage, system administration, applications, and software licensing. More importantly, you will need to have a solid understanding of the relationships between these components as they are implemented in an environment and how to best integrate or separate an entity from L3Harris. In this role, you will be required to lead strategic planning, due diligence, sign-to-close, TSA execution, and separation phases of a transaction from a technology perspective. You will be required to build plans for integration and lead them through execution. Communication with internal and external stakeholders is expected throughout the process. This role will also be required to plan and participate in post-closing separation activities between L3Harris and any divested businesses.
Essential Functions:
- Networking: In-depth understanding of network architectures, protocols, and security measures
- Security: Expertise in modern security practices, and compliance standards
- Virtualization: Proficiency in virtual environments, including Nutanix and VMWare hypervisors and virtual machines
- Storage: Knowledge of storage solutions, such as SANs, NAS, and cloud storage
- System Administration: Experience in managing servers, operating systems, IT infrastructure, Active Directory and identity management
- Applications: Strong background in enterprise applications, software deployment, and management
- Software Licensing: Understanding software licensing models, compliance, and cost management
- M&A Skillset: Must be familiar with the core concepts and activities during the M&A process such as due diligence, sign to close and TSA Execution
- Travel: This position requires up to 25% travel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.

- IT Financial literacy: Candidates should be proficient in core IT financial concepts
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in NYC areas is $119,000-$221,000. The salary range for this role in New York state, $137,000-$254,000.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
