Partner Delivery Lead

The Opportunity:
L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Program Partner Delivery Lead to manage Partner delivery for the Airservices Australia Enterprise Network Modernization Program (ENMP). In this role, the Progran Partner Delivery Lead will be responsible for the performance management for all the Partner’s delivery in line with their requisite the agreements associated with ENMP.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will report to the overall Program Manager and will be responsible for the overall management of all partner cost and schedule delivery as it relates to the overall ASA-ENMP program through development and initial deployment. The duties will include:
- Management of several large delivery work scopes allocated to partners by understanding and maintaining schedules, action item logs, and risk registers, chair regular meetings with each subcontractor and ensure open and transparent communication;
- Proactive management of new customer requirements by being aware of the requirements technical and contractual baseline;
- Recognising change to the baseline and work with all parties to understand the impact of the change, manage a change log for each subcontract;
- Developing, in coordination with the Commercial team, Requests for Proposals after securing the requirements from the appropriate team members;
- Leading the delivery effort to evaluate and align responses to delivery proposals based on the required delivery outcomes, fact-finding, and negotiations, then generate the contractual change aligned with the Commercial Manager;
- Supervising junior staff;
- Facilitate high level coordination with Supply Chain Commercial Administrators on all aspects of Partner activity.
- Maintaining all contractual documentation in alignment with the commercial manager;
- Collaboratively resolving issues, conflicts, and/or disputes;
- Develop and Maintain important relationships while driving flawless execution of partner/ aligned work scope inlcuding holding difficult conversations when needed.
- Delegating work as required and monitoring performance to ensure all commitments are met;
- Establishing, monitoring, and reporting budgets and variances;
- Managing various types of moderately complex partner delivery subcontracts, including hardware, software, IT Solutions, and services;
- Must be able to communicate effectively with Senior Management;
- Working closely with the program team;
- Must have experience working to Australian Procurement Regulations; and
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years' related experience, OR Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years' related experience or equivalent industry experience;
- Proven ability to manage Partner Delivery performance in the areas of technical scope, schedule and cost;
- Project Management Framework
- Background in Systems or Telecommunications Engineering
- Experience with various subcontract types: FFP, FPIF, T&M, Labor Hour, Cost Reimbursement (fixed-fee, incentive fee or award fee);
- Working knowledge in Commercial Contracting/Subcontracting;
- Strong communication skills;
Additional Competencies Preferred:
- Experience integrating subcontractor schedules into an overall program schedule;
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products;
