About your next challenge as Senior Principal, Program Finance:

What you will do:

• Prepare and negotiate the rate agreement, review the new allocation structure with PSPC;
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to provide support on bids and proposals, more specifically STTC bid;
• Communicates within and outside of the organization, which includes major customers or vendors;
• Responsible for establishing the direction for new processes, systems, solutions, and products using significant conceptualization, reason, and interpretation;
• Extensively analyzes implications of both near and long-term implications of solutions.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience ;
• Leadership capability to guide business or functional teams without formal management role;
• Recognized as external and internal expert and thought leader with deep and substantive technical expertise as well as advanced business knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
