Are you ready to take on a critical role in providing business analytics and reporting to drive performance improvement? The Mission Networks Managed Services Division is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver actionable insights and recommendations through data visualization and reporting. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

As our Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

  • Ensure Accuracy: Review and validate all Managed Service invoices on a monthly basis to identify discrepancies and work towards resolution.
  • Analyze and Resolve: Conduct 3-way matching analysis between multiple tools and collaborate with our third-party company, Tangoe, on data integrity issues.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Provide weekly updates to the auditor and team lead on progress and proactively review monthly variances to identify cost issues.
  • Multitask and Cross-Train: Efficiently manage multiple programs and collaborate with leadership, while cross-training in other telecom provisioning and engineering tasks as assigned.
  • Business Analytics and Reporting: Provide business analytics and reporting to functional areas or projects/programs, translating business results into meaningful metrics and recommendations aimed at improving performance.
  • Define Requirements: Work with users and stakeholders to understand data visualization and reporting requirements, and define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
  • Performance Analysis: Perform financial and business performance analysis as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Validation: Ensure the accuracy of Managed Service invoices through detailed review and validation processes.
  • Data Integrity: Conduct thorough 3-way matching analysis to maintain data consistency and integrity.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the invoice billing contractor weekly to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to the auditor and team lead on the status of invoice validation and issue resolution.
  • Cost Analysis: Identify and address cost issues by reviewing monthly variances.
  • Business Analytics: Identify and develop metrics by working with users and stakeholders to understand data visualization and reporting requirements.
  • Performance Recommendations: Analyze business processes and problems to formulate and develop recommendations to meet customer and/or internal project requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and other teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, OR, Graduate Degree with a minimum of 0 years of related experience, OR, In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
  • Ability to obtain US govt security clearance

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $62,000 - $115,000. For California, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $72,000-$133,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
