Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead, Finance who is an experienced professional with proficient and practical knowledge of Oracle Financials, Hyperion Planning and SQL.  Our ideal candidate is a motivated problem-solver who can communicate effectively within various teams and possesses both technical and functional skills and has an eye for detail.  This current opening may be filled at this level as posted or at one level higher.

Essential Functions:

  • Direct support of Oracle Financials including Projects (billing, revenue, capital), Oracle Time and Labor, Payables, Assets, Receivables, and General Ledger modules
  • Will support business community, interfaces, configuration, transactions, system customizations, patching/upgrades, testing, and training as needed
  • Serves as a liaison between business and IT department
  • Hyperion Planning (On Premise/Cloud) System Administrator
  • Will load data, support interfaces, configuration, patching/upgrades, testing, and training as needed
  • Serves as a liaison between business and IT department
  • Write SQL queries against Oracle database
  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant finance experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years related finance experience In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of related finance experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Ability to write SQL queries and understanding of Oracle tables
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials and/or Hyperion Planning
  • Experience with Qlik, Palantir or Snowflake reporting tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
  • Understanding of EVM, EAC revenue and budget planning
  • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Experience with transactional accounting and billing experience in a Federal Government contractor environment

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $90,000 - $167,000. For California, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $103,500-$192,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
