Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off

Job Description:

The Contracts Operations Administrator will support Contracts in collecting, analyzing, and processing contractual information into Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, various databases, and financial systems.  Contract Operations Administrator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Company policies as well as Government acquisition regulations and customer requirements in support of program contract managers.  Contract Operations Administrator will support the following:

  • Perform data entry based on contract and guidance from program team members.
  • Assist in processing orders against existing Long-Term Agreements, Master Repair Agreements, Commercial price lists, etc.
  • Develop strong customer relationships with internal customers to resolve issues and streamline processes.
  • Analyze contractual agreements such as: Contracts, Contract Modifications, Memorandum of Understandings, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Critical thinking ability, customer service, paralegal, or administrative background preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Self-starter with ability to self-motivate and drive to achieve team metrics in a remote work environment
  • Familiarity with U.S. government agencies
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and computer skills
  • Creative and strategic mindset

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $23.07/hr- $42.78/hr. For California, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $26.68/hr- $49.27/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
