Job Description:
·The Sr. Associate Contracts role within Contract Services is pivotal in managing and overseeing the execution lifecycle of contracts within the organization. This position involves ensuring that all contractual agreements are accurately documented, compliant with legal and regulatory standards, aligned with company policies, and accurately reflected within BCS’s ERP systems, namely SAP, as well as external customer data systems, such as Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Contract Services professionals are responsible for entering and updating contract data into ERP systems, conducting data integrity audits, and generating performance reports. They work closely with various departments to facilitate contract execution, resolve any contractual issues, and support stakeholders with contract-related inquiries. They also help mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency by maintaining the integrity and accuracy of contract information.
- Assist in the proposal, administration, and general business processes for the contract management team with a focus on utilization of multiple Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools for, Government, Commercial, and International programs, in accordance with Company policies, government regulations and customer requirements
- Process contractual documentation into ERP Systems and maintain program performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, corporate policies and best practices
Essential Functions:
•Enter new contracts into SAP and make needed updates for contract modifications
•Assisting in evaluating the feasibility of executing contracts using SAP, WAWF, DFAS, MOCAS, shipping, and invoicing processes as outlined in the contract terms.
•Coordinate and direct the establishment or approval of various sales order types
•Support and respond to tasks related to contract data used in the order to payment process
•Conduct regular audits of contracts to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
•Manage and enhance tools used by Contract Administrators
•Generate reports on contract performance and status using business intelligence tools
•Ensure the accuracy and integrity of contract data through regular data cleanup and validation exercises; proactively execute corrections to prevent errors
•Identify opportunities for process improvements within the Contracts Administration Group and assist in implementing changes to enhance efficiency
•Offer support to other departments and stakeholders on contract-related inquiries and issues
•Work directly with internal and external customers to resolve shipping, invoicing, and closeout items
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field

Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
Experience with SAP or other ERP Systems/databases
Understanding of contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout

Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, WAWF, ITAR
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel)
