Job Description:
The Principal Oracle EBS Analyst will be the primary interface between IT and the business to identify requirements and translate into solutions that efficiently utilize existing EBS processes. The Principal Analyst role will support the existing EBS production footprint, design enhancements, and solution new implementations where business needs necessitate them. This position will require deep knowledge of the Oracle EBS system across multiple modules to be able to design solutions effectively.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test Oracle EBS solutions, providing expert guidance on best practices.
- Provides functional leadership and expertise in a variety of Oracle EBS R12 application areas.
- Support the implementation of additional functionality for large EBS implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, patches, and new module rollouts.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
- Recommends, develops, and documents effective value-add processes and procedures that ensure consistency and compliance.
- Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements.
- Stay current with new technologies and Oracle best practices.
- Establishes tactics for the EBS team and recommends new processes and standards for the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
- 12 years of experience in ERP system utilization and operational leadership, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Mastery knowledge of multiple Oracle EBS modules (e.g. Supply Chain, Discrete Manufacturing, Order Management, Service, Planning, Financials)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- 3 full life cycle implementations with EBS.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with SOX.
- Experience with development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.
- Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in NYC areas is $119,000-$221,000. The salary range for this role in New York state, $137,000-$254,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
