Job Summary: 

The Strategic Partnership Manager will drive the development, management, and optimization of high-value partnerships that create mutual growth opportunities. This role is critical to expanding ForceX’s products market reach, fostering innovation, and aligning external collaborations with our long-term product strategic goals. This is a high-impact position that requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute and drive long-term value for both ForceX and our partners. Will be responsible for building meaningful alliances that drive financial growth year over year by building or expanding sales channels for our existing and new products.

Key Responsibilities: 

Partnership Development & Management

  • Cultivate, manage, and expand strategic relationships with key partners, including resellers, technology providers, and joint venture collaborators.
  • Negotiate and execute complex agreements such as reseller partnerships, co-branding initiatives, and joint ventures to drive mutual business growth.
  • Ensure alignment of partnerships with ForceX product goals, product strategy, and market expansion plans.
  • Oversee and optimize both internal and external sales channels to drive revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with sales, business development, media marketing, and product line teams to maximize partner-driven opportunities.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for joint initiatives with partners.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners that offer complementary capabilities, market access, or technological synergies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to uncover new partnership opportunities.
  • Leverage partnerships to drive shared innovation and co-develop new solutions.
  • Define success metrics, track partnership performance, and optimize agreements for sustained long-term value.
  • Ensure ongoing partner engagement through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic alignment discussions.
  • Drive partner enablement programs to ensure alignment on sales, product positioning, and customer value.

  • Strong effective collaboration with Product Line Management, Business Development and ForceX CTO.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related degree and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience. 
  • Graduate Degree in a related field with thirteen (13) years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience
  • Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • 3+ years in general management and leadership
  • 3+ years of Aerospace and/or DoD industry experience
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Program Cost, Schedule & Controls, Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgets & Rates, Earned Value

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Outstanding financial acumen blended with business partnership and leadership.
  • Proven experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or corporate alliances, preferably in a software products company.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with the ability to handle complex agreements.
  • Experience working with sales and product line teams to drive revenue through partnerships.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing operationally.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills both internal and external.
