Job Description:
L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to support multiple programs and provide on‑site operational support at our Wickham campus in Florida. This role combines traditional project management responsibilities with hands‑on site operations, administrative coordination, and engagement initiatives with senior leadership. The Project Manager will oversee project execution, coordinate planning activities, interface with functional leaders, and monitor performance to ensure alignment with program objectives. In addition to program duties, this position supports day‑to‑day site operations, including facilities coordination, onboarding assistance, meeting support, and maintaining smooth office workflows.
Essential Functions:
• Project Oversight: Manage operational aspects and status of projects
• Schedule Management: Review timelines and prepare status reports
• Issue Resolution: Develop solutions to meet project goals
• Calendar Management: Schedule meetings (internal and external), appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members
• Communication Management: Answer and direct phone calls, manage email correspondence, and distribute information
• Document Management: Prepare and distribute documents, letters, reports, and presentations
• File Maintenance: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files to ensure proper document retrieval
• Office Administration: Order office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate office services
• Meeting Support: Prepare meeting spaces and support meetings (both internal and customer), as well as coordinate catering for meetings
• Travel Coordination: Arrange travel accommodations, including booking flights and hotels, and complete expense reports for submission
• Data Entry: Enter and update information into spreadsheets and databases
• Reception Duties: Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
• Security Clearance & Common Access Card: Track and coordinate with Security for personnel processing requests
Qualifications:
• Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience; or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
• Must be able to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC)
Preferred Additional Skills:
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong capabilities in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work products
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment while adapting to changing priorities and requirements
• Experience supporting or managing projects within a technical, engineering, or manufacturing environment
