Job Description:
Are you ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic and innovative environment? The Mission Networks Managed Services Division FTI Program is seeking a Lead Program Manager to drive success in program operations, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
Essential Functions:
• Drive Vision: Lead program areas including expansion initiatives, performance execution, subcontractor relations, resource planning, and business pursuits
• Strategize for Success: Develop and implement strategies to ensure program and business success
• Collaborate and Communicate: Engage with customers, management, and cross-functional teams; Influence changes to practices and processes
• Innovate and Solve: Create innovative solutions to complex problems; Improve processes, systems, and products
• Manage Projects: Oversee large, complex projects with minimal oversight; Provide guidance and training to team members
• Achieve Objectives: Identify new business opportunities, manage cost, schedule, and technical performance; Use Earned Value Management for planning and control
• Foster Collaboration: Ensure resources are available and contribute to departmental goals and planning efforts
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred Skills:
• Proven experience in cross-functional, collaborative environments
• Knowledge of the Federal Government budget and authorization process
• Familiarity with FAA, DoD, and/or US Intelligence Community Programs
• Experience in customer interactions and defining mission needs
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a dynamic workload
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Analytical thinker with strong business acumen
