Job Location: Huntsville, AL
Job Description:
We are seeking to fill an Engineering Intern – Ballistics for Summer 2025 at our Huntsville, AL site. Summer internships will start in approximately May/June and end in August/September.
- This is a summer intern position that supports the Ballistics Department.
- Perform entry-level engineering tasks on rocket propulsion projects.
- Support senior engineering staff and gain experience and familiarization with company projects.
- Must be able to operate effectively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid academic track record of accomplishment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Leadership & teamwork skills
- Interest and Coursework in Propulsion, Thermodynamics, and Fluid Mechanics
