Job Description:

Join L3Harris and the ATLAS team to build mission-critical UI capabilities that directly support the U.S. Space Force. In this role, you’ll use Angular and TypeScript to create intuitive, high-impact applications for the Advanced Tracking & Launch Analysis System, helping operators make better decisions in a space mission environment. It’s a chance to work on meaningful national security challenges, collaborate with strong technical teams, and see your software used in real-world operations. Essential Functions: 

• Expertise in Angular, TypeScript front-end development and proficient in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript and SQL.
• Support and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including design, implementation, integration, and test.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team environment 
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams 
• Must be able to obtain a US Security clearance to maintain this position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eventually, quarterly travel to Vandenburg SFB is a possibility to support Test events (10%).

Qualifications: 

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience, or
  • Graduate Degree and 2 years of prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments
• Experienced professional with proficient knowledge of web development
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with any of the following technologies:
  • GraphQL
  • GitLab
  • Kafka
  • Kubernetes
• DoD 8570 compliant, CompTIA Security+ certification a plus

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $97,000 - $180,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New  York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $84,500 - $157,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to  experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining  agreements.
