Job Description: L3Harris Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Document Management (DM) analyst to support configuration and data management activities on the Maintenance of Space Situational Awareness Integrated Capabilities (MOSSAIC) program.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for ensuring all required data is correctly entered into the customer’s PLM system, in an efficient manner.
- Identify and correct usage errors of certain terms and edit for capitalization, spelling, typographical errors, and grammatical errors, as applicable.
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision, have a high degree of attention to detail, and be trusted to enable on-time quality delivery of all required deliverable documents for multiple projects or proposals in a dynamic work environment.
- Responsible for conducting all aspects of Documentation Management (DM) and data management for multiple projects.
- Responsible for developing and implementing DM review cycle plans.
- Establish internal review delivery dates and coordinate with the project manager for delivery of documents into the review process.
- Properly mark classified documents with Distribution, Destruction, and Declassification Information, proper classified markings, and foreign disclosure statements
- Experience with proper marking for DoD classified documents, foreign disclosure statements, and working in a classified environment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge
- DoD Secret Clearance required
- 2 or more years working knowledge of PC windows environment
- 1 or more year experience supporting government and/or Department of Defense Customers.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Ability to work independently under only general direction; have a high degree of attention, while providing support for multiple projects in a dynamic work environment
- Knowledge and experience with SharePoint are preferred
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate flexibility in daily work
- Ability to learn new tools and use them including the Agile Configuration Management Tool and basis office software.
- Ability to accurately manage (enter/modify) data and provide reports using tools.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $62,000- $115,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
