Job Description:

ARDE, An L3 Harris Technologies Company designs and manufactures pressure vessels (tanks) for Aerospace applications.  We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Technician. This person will perform a variety of manufacturing operations including pressure testing, chemical cleaning, metal forming, heat-treating and mechanical assembly.

Essential Functions:

• Perform manufacturing task in accordance with routing instructions.
• Maintain work areas and equipment
• Work with supervisors, manufacturing engineers and quality to:
• • Ensure product quality
  • Achieve customer delivery requirements
  • Achieve labor target
  • Identify and implement improvements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing environment is required. 
• Experience in some of the following processes is required:
  • Pressure operations
  • Chemical cleaning
  • Metal forming
  • Heat treat
  • Grit blasting
  • Welding
  • Mechanical assembly

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Good written and oral communication skills
• Experience in pressure operation and chemical cleaning
