Job Description:

This role leads strategic growth for a multi‑billion‑dollar global pipeline of C5ISR system opportunities. It is responsible for shaping sector strategy, driving cross-functional and cross-sector collaboration, advancing innovative offerings, and strengthening competitive positioning in international markets.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee a 3-year global new business pipeline.
• Contribute to achieving and surpassing international annual operating plan targets.
• Lead globally distributed, cross-functional teams to pursue complex international C5ISR opportunities.
• Drive strategic enterprise-level campaigns that integrate capabilities across sectors to enable a unified growth approach.
• Shape long-term business strategy and advance differentiated, AI-enabled solutions aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Leverage strategic partnerships and commercial technologies to accelerate solution development and enhance competitive advantage.
• Strengthen market positioning through senior-level customer engagements, solution demonstrations, thought leadership, and coordinated market communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-year pipelines in defense, aerospace, or advanced technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex international pursuits and collaborate with global teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with expertise in integrating advanced technologies (including AI) into new solution offerings.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, industry partners, and internal executive leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and experience influencing enterprise-level growth strategies.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Deep understanding of C5ISR systems, mission applications, and global defense market dynamics.
• Experience leading complex capture strategies for international pursuits, including multi-domain integrated solutions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior government officials and industry partners worldwide.
• Demonstrated capability to translate emerging technologies—AI/ML, autonomy, open systems architectures—into actionable business strategies and compelling customer value propositions.
• Ability to navigate geopolitical considerations, international compliance frameworks, and export controls in pursuit of global business growth.
• Skilled in competitive analysis, market sizing, and opportunity prioritization across diverse international regions.
• High comfort level operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting customer requirements and emerging mission needs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in assessing market trends and shaping long-term strategic investments.
