Job Description:

Responsible for supporting the integration, troubleshooting, and testing of various Communication, Navigation, Surveillance and Air Traffic Management and Mission systems on various aircraft platforms and in Systems Integration Labs.

Candidate should have a working knowledge of Pitot Static Testers, RF Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Time Domain Reflectometers, Multimeters and Oscilloscopes.  Individual must be able to read aircraft wiring diagrams and follow aircraft technical orders and maintenance manuals. Knowledge of FAA rules for RVSM, Transponders, and Altimeter Recertification is a plus. 

Essential Functions:

  • Candidate should have a working knowledge of Pitot Static Testers, RF Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Time Domain Reflectometers, Multimeters and Oscilloscopes.
  • Individual must be able to read aircraft wiring diagrams and follow aircraft technical orders and maintenance manuals.
  • Must be willing to work multiple shifts to include nights and weekends on a periodic basis.
  • Candidate must be willing to travel up to 10 percent of the time.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI
  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience, Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
  • Experience with Electrical testing equipment for example, Pitot Static Testers, RF Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Time Domain Reflectometers, Multimeters and Oscilloscopes

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate is highly desired
  • Pass an FAA Class III medical exam, as duties will include flying for system testing.
