Job Description:
The Sr. Specialist, Configuration Management role will be responsible for the designing and establishing configuration management of documentation.
Essential Duties:
- Analyzes proposed product design changes to determine the effect on the overall system. Establishes baselines.
- Authorizes the release of drawings and changes specified by Program or Engineering Management.
- Provides advice and guidance on methods, procedures and requirements to individuals responsible for the creation of documentation.
- Plans and implements methods to improve response.
- Acts as liaison between management and other functional groups to resolve issues regarding configuration analysis documentation.
- Performs audits to verify compliance with contract requirements.
- Will require travel to customer sites and Wright-Patterson AFB.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with six (6) years of prior project engineering experience.
- Graduate Degree with four (4) years of prior project engineering experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of ten (10) years of prior project engineering experience.
- Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
- Must be a US Citizen.
