What the role will involve
The responsibilities of your role will include the following:
- Supporting the construction of a fully resourced Bid Delivery Schedule with MS Project and loading to Project Server
- Support all Gate reviews from PQQ to final submission
- Support Bid Kick off meetings and appropriately timed stand up sessions
- Co-ordinate all aspects of Bid delivery ensuring bid deadlines are met
- Ensure all relevant stakeholders are updated as to the progress, Issues, concerns and risks of all their bids.
- Liaise with all disciplines within the company fostering a can-do attitude
- Bid responsibility will range from a few thousand to a number of millions UK sterling value
- Carry out lessoned learnt activities post bid submission ensuring these are fed back to the team and actioned accordingly
What you’ll bring
The role requires the following experience and skills:
- 2+ years’ administrative, coordinator type experience
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with experience of working in a team and managing relationships with all levels of the business
- Highly computer literate in MS Office
- A self-motivated team player, able to operate with the minimum of supervision and communicate clearly with employees at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
