L3Harris in Tewkesbury and Fleet form part of our ICI division. In the land domain, our T7 and T4 multi-mission robots deliver next-generation remote capabilities and uncompromised performance. We design and manufacture world-leading land force protection systems, cyber and electromagnetic activities (CEMA), electronic warfare (EW) and encryption capabilities. Our cyber capabilities provide an information advantage in the fields of kinetic conflict, cyber warfare, force protection and counterterrorism.
IMPORTANT: This is a part time position of 25 hours per week.

What the role will involve
The responsibilities of your role will include the following:
Accounts Payable
- Ability to process, question and challenge AP activities.
- Maintain reports on financial metrics relating to the Accounts Payable Area and other key metrics as defined.
Expenses Processing
- Ability to process, question and challenge expenses in line with policy.
- Maintenance of an expense tracker by individual highlighting the significant expense spenders.
Month End Processing and Support
- Ability to not only support, but also identify and calculate prepayments to assist with month end processing.
- Ability to support and prepare a variety of accruals as directed by line manager.
Cash Flow Management
- Supporting the rolling 13 week forecast and basic treasury management.
General
- Maintenance of other key reports as required to support the wider business request for data.
- Involvement in and support of Finance projects as directed by management.
- Involvement in the Audit process - responsible for ensuring data requests are complied with and information is passed to Auditors in a timely manner.
- ONS completion as directed.
What you’ll bring
The role requires the following experience and skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Good time management skills to manage multiple activities and achieve tight deadlines.
- Prior experience of integrated ERP systems and handling transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to achieve effective partnerships and relationships in a multi-discipline environment and the ability to show respect, diplomacy and tact when dealing with stakeholders.
- A self-starter committed to delivery of team and business objectives.
- Experience of SAP desirable.
