- Help drive sales opportunities by identifying capabilities gaps in customer setups.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of installation processes, system configurations, maintenance logs, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance of all safety protocols and company policies while performing field service tasks.
- Candidates are required to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOD secret security clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship as a prerequisite.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% to both U.S. based customer locations and foreign nations that utilize L3Harris products. (locations deemed dangerous by the U.S. State department will be strictly voluntary)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant Field Engineer experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
