Job Scheudle: 9/80 Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off
Job Descripton:
Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) to finalize project plan presentations
Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) to establish timelines, deadlines, coordinate, and schedule meetings
Organize, track, and maintain project and program documentation
Essential Functions:
Participate in project/program meetings as requested
Assist in the preparation of materials to support program meetings
Assist with processing staff expense reports and adjudicate issues
Assist with special projects and tasks from functional areas that support the Tactical Communication (TCOM) Systems Business Area
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant Program Management experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related Program Management experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related Program Management experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access, Visio and Power Point
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, involving complex and varying problems
- Willingness to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment
- The successful candidate must possess effective time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high-level of confidence and be a self-starter
- Ability to take on more responsibility over a period of time
- Ability to learn new tools and processes as related to technology and software
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $79,000 - $146,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
