Job Description:

This person will contribute to the company’s success by performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on printed circuit boards, sub-assemblies, or end products. This role is responsible for performing hand soldering on electronic assemblies.

Essential Functions:

• Performs a variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on printed circuit boards, sub-assemblies, or end products
• Performs hand soldering on electronic assemblies
• Follows an engineered assembly process
• Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels
• Train and mentor other assemblers when required
• Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements utilizing lean manufacturing skills
• Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 12 hours)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior assembly experience, 2-year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior assembly experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Strong mechanical background
• Microsoft Office programs experience
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $40,500 - $75,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
