Job Description:
The Supply Chain Coordinator provides overall direction, guidance and definition for following established policies and procedures, and performs professional assignments requiring general application of concepts, practices and techniques. The Supply Chain Coordinator is critical to procurement teams by ensuring supplier account upkeep and maintenance. This job entails the collection and coordination of critical forms such as annual business certifications, DDTC forms, cybersecurity paperwork (SPRS), and NDAs. This role provides imperative support to the procurement organization by ensuring supplier accounts remain in good standing to minimize Purchase Order and quoting disruptions.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for proactively obtaining and updating Annual Business Certifications, DDTC forms, supplier SPRS documentation and resolving related issues
- Responsible for account activation of new suppliers
- Analyze data from reports and provide resolution to stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of purchasing account maintenance
- Provide training to personnel
- May support Non-Disclosure Agreements and Supplier Submittal Requests as needed
- May support PO Property Closeout Activities and RNI-INR activities as needed
- Will act as the primary interface between suppliers, stakeholders, the supplier maintenance team, and the Master Data Governance teams as appropriate in order to support buyers in maintaining active suppliers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to understand and prioritize both short and long term procurement objectives
- Time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic team environment
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex hierarchies and deliver results

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in CA or WA is $61,500 - $114,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
