Join the team at L3Harris Regional Support Centre (RSC) in Pinkenba, a dynamic logistics hub providing integrated support to L3Harris Defence Australia programs.

As part of our Supply Chain team, the Warehouse Store person plays a key role in delivering logistics support across a wide range of L3Harris projects, standing offers, and services. This includes managing freight, storage, and distribution of communications equipment and related materials for our defence and commercial operations.

What the role will involve

The responsibilities of your role will include the following:

• Oversee warehousing and distribution of CCI and non-CCI within the ISC.
• Manage CCI inventory and ensure serviceability, including quality assurance, battery rotation, and stock segregation.
• Deliver responsive and professional customer service to meet contractual and ADF logistics requirements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, prepare reports, and investigate issues as required.
• Conduct stock takes and assurance checks of CCI to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Provide MILIS and logistics support to internal teams such as engineering, field services, and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve inventory or process anomalies within the ISC.
• Report and document any CCI-related security incidents (XP118 Security Incident Reports).
• Facilitate and coordinate the return, repair, and replacement of all in-service L3Harris equipment, including associated tasks.

What you’ll bring

The role requires the following experience and skills:

• Current Australian NV1 as a minimum
• License to perform high risk work: LF Forklift
• MILIS or SAP qualifications
• Three years’ warehouse experience, inc handling of Controlled Cryptographic Items
• Knowledge of material handling procedures, Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.
