Job Description:

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will partner with Business Development Operations leadership to identify required analytics, reporting improvements, and CRM enhancements that support strategic objectives. Assist the Segment Business Development Operations team in developing and implementing interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights into business performance. You will be a functional specialist for Dynamics CRM and assist with the implementation of artificial intelligence processes into the Business Development workflow. Recommend enhancements to systems and processes.

Essential Functions:

• Support the Business Development team by maintaining, analyzing, and improving business development processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms
• Serve as a functional specialist for Dynamics CRM, including data quality oversight, pipeline management support, field-level configuration assistance, and user support
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into pipeline activity, customer trends, and business performance
• Partner with Business Development leadership to identify required analytics, reporting improvements, and CRM enhancements that support strategic objectives
• Manage small- to medium-sized operational projects with general supervision, including scoping requirements, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking progress
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Capture, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow across CRM and reporting systems
• Analyze CRM data and business development metrics to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Recommend and implement improvements to business development processes, documentation, workflows, and system configurations
• Provide training, guidance, and issue resolution for Business Development end users of CRM and reporting tools
• Support compliance with internal data governance standards, including data cleanliness, standardized reporting, and proper record management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
