Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and HR analytics. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and has a passion for human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Support the HR team in resolving employee issues and conflicts.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Talent Management:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Help coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Support the development and implementation of training programs.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
- Help track and analyze performance metrics.
- Support the creation of performance improvement plans.
- HR Analytics:
- Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to identify trends and insights.
- Help prepare HR reports and presentations.
- Support HR projects and initiatives with data-driven insights.
- General HR Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Participate in HR team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Data Analytics or a related field.
- Strong data analytics skills
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
