Job Description:
The Demand Planning Support Associate will support the Supply Chain team in collecting, analyzing, and processing contractual information into SAP Financial system and ultimately the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool as well as any other databases, as necessary. The Demand Planning Support Associate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Company policies as well as Government acquisition regulations and customer requirements in support of program contract administrators.
Essential Functions:
The Demand Planning Support Associate will support the following:
- Perform data entry based on contract and guidance from program team members.
- Develop strong customer relationships with internal and external customers to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Analyze contractual agreements such as: Contracts, Contract Modifications, Long-Term Agreements, and Master Repair Agreements
- File contractual and proposal documents in accordance with Company policy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 1 years of prior related experience.

- Critical thinking ability
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Self-starter with ability to self-motivate and drive to achieve team metrics in a remote work environment
- Experience in creating and maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets
