Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the development and strategic direction of one of our products. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap and goals to meet market, business and financial goals. The PM will gather, solicit and prioritize customer feedback and requirements, as well as work cross-functionally with business development, pre-sales, engineering, marketing, and field services to ensure customer satisfaction and business objectives are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals. The Product Manager will produce and maintain a product roadmap, capturing strategic business targets and product goals. The PM will be responsible for communicating the content of the product roadmap both internally and externally.
Essential Duties and Responsiblities:
• Define the product strategy, vision and roadmap, and maintain over the lifecycle of the product
• Socialize the roadmap to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure awareness of product goals and timeline
• Solicit, gather and prioritize features and objectives through strong relationships built with business development, pre-sales, programs and other stakeholders
• Work closely with delivery manager and development team(s) to ensure product delivery/releases meet roadmap timeline and objectives
• Ensure customer satisfaction targets are met and exceeded
• Position the product to be competitive in the market
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
• Perform successful product demonstrations that create exceptional impression of the product
• Manage the product lifecycle, maturing the product to meet profitability and business targets
• Work with business development to define the go-to-market strategy, collaborating to understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer(s)
• Work with product support to develop a keep-sold strategy and ensure customers remain delighted
• Serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering
Job Knowledge, skills and abilities:
• Knowledge of ForceX products, as well as knowledge or experience with key customer groups.

• Able to develop, maintain and socialize a roadmap

• Strong leadership skills, and able to work both cross-functionally and at multiple levels in the organization
• Strong project management skills and business acumen; able to track and manage a project across the entire product lifecycle
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in product ownership or management
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, integration or related.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of an organization
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or other related product management credentials
