Job Title: SharePoint Programmer Analyst (Temporary 18 months)

Job Schedule: Day Shift

Compensation Range: Between $70,000 - $120,000 CDN annually

We are seeking a SharePoint Programmer Analyst for an 18 month temporary assignment. You will be responsible for managing, migrating, and customizing SharePoint environments to support both internal teams and external customers.

Essential Functions: 

• Manage access to Sharepoint environments;
• Create new Sharepoint portals tailored to team needs;
• Migrate Sharepoint sites from an older version to a newer release;
• Customize Sharepoint, including the Forms WebPart;
• Create and modify reports using various reporting tools;
• Investigate and resolve issues for internal and external customers.

Qualifications: 

• College or university degree in Computer Science, Management, or equivalent experience;
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with SharePoint;
• Knowledge of the following IT tools:

1. 1. SharePoint (2010 to 2019);
   2. SharePoint Designer;
   3. Visual Studio 2019 (custom code in C# for SharePoint Events and WebParts);
   4. Crystal Reports;
   5. JavaScript and JQuery;
   6. PowerShell;
   7. Oracle 10g and PL/SQL;
   8. SQL Server (2012 to 2019) and stored procedures;

• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and demonstrated leadership;
• Ability to promote optimal solutions to complex problems;
• Strong team spirit and customer oriented mindset;
• Ability to manage multiple files/projects simultaneously.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
