Essential Functions:
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the business partner is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to managers and employees of its various clients group.
- Provide advice and coaching to leaders and managers in the resolution of their human resources management issues as well as in the development of their management skills;
- Carry out HR interventions adapted to business needs and the human aspects of operational issues;
- Provide advice and expertise on working conditions and relations;
- Work closely with your expert colleagues in the department, to provide support to your client in staffing, compensation, training and organizational development;
- Act as an change agent in order to support managers in the various organizational transformations implemented;
- Implement various initiatives to improve HRM measures, practices and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Business Administration, Human Resources Management option;
- Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience and holder of the CRHA designation;
- Good experience in labour relations management;
- Possess good analytical and synthesis skills;
- Strong organizational and priority management skills;
- Pair demonstrates excellent communication and influential leadership skills;
- Adapts easily to new situations and operates effectively in an ever-changing environment;
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders at the same time;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to communicate easily in both French and English (due to regular interactions with colleagues and colleagues and partners outside Québec.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
