Job Description:
The Mission Networks Sector is currently seeking a Program Financial Analyst to join our team. The MN Program Financial Analyst will support the Surveillance & Automated Solutions Division. This position will be responsible for supporting key programs and pursuits in the division to include OSPI forecasting and analysis, EVMS and financial reporting, and well as proposal efforts.
Essential Functions:
- Support programs consisting of cost plus and fixed price work
- CompleteOSPI forecasting and analysis
- EVMS and financial reporting
- Provide financial analysis for audits and other financial activities
- Change Management, EAC and ETC analysis and reporting
- Proposal Development and audit support
- Revenue recognition supporting internal, E&Y and FASB/GAAP
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum four (4) years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of two (2) years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of eight (8) years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience with multiple contract types (CP/FP)
- Experience using PeopleSoft, Cobra, ProPricer, HypFcst and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Strong communication skills (Oral, Written, Listening).
- An FAA security clearance is required or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
- Process improvement oriented, ability to identify & implement improvement ideas
- Ability to proactively solve problems in a timely manner
