Job Description:

The Missile Solutions (MSL) Treasury Operations Lead will serve as a key strategic partner during our initial public offering (IPO) and subsequent transition to a publicly traded company. This role is responsible for establishing and overseeing robust treasury operations, implementing public company controls and processes, optimizing cash management, supporting capital markets activities, and ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and SOX requirements. The ideal candidate will bring public company treasury experience and the ability to build scalable processes in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Essential Functions:

• Daily cash positioning and forecasting activities across multi-entity operations
• Manage liquidity planning, credit facilities, short-term borrowing, and intercompany funding strategies
• Support execution of capital markets transactions (debt/equity issuances, share repurchases, dividend programs, and stock-based compensation settlements)
• Monitor and ensure compliance with debt covenants, credit agreements and reporting obligations
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls, maintaining documentation and audit readiness
• Support quarterly earnings processes with treasury-related disclosures and MD&A content
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Investor Relations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills: 

• 7-10 years of progressive Treasury experience in a corporate environment; public company experience required
• Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis capabilities
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives, external auditors, and banking partners
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of capital markets, cash management, FX and debt instruments
• Experience with treasury management systems (Kyriba, Reval) and ERP systems (Oracle)
• IPO experience or experience supporting a company through significant capital markets transactions strongly preferred
