Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Capture Support Sr. Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to our capture efforts, facilitating competitive intelligence research, Black Hat and Win Strategy sessions, and managing customer engagement programs. This role is crucial in ensuring our organization’s success in winning new business and maintaining strategic customer relations.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct thorough research to gather and analyze information about competitors, their strategies, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Facilitate Black Hat sessions to assess and counteract competitor strategies.
- Lead and manage Win Strategy sessions to develop winning proposals and strategies for competitive bids.
- Provide guidance, training, and support on the company’s Common Capture Process to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Lead two significant capture efforts, ensuring all aspects from planning to execution are aligned with strategic goals.
- Monitor and support corporate, segment, and sector priority pursuits, ensuring they progress smoothly and strategically.
- Attend major tradeshows to gather competitive intelligence and insights essential for strategic positioning.
- Manage the customer engagement program to foster strong relationships and ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 6 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Preferred candidates will have completed L3Harris Certified Capture Manager training or be currently enrolled.
- Shipley Capture training is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM for managing customer relationships and tracking capture efforts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on results and meeting organizational objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $65,500 - $121,500.This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
