Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking a dynamic Associate Manager, Recruiting Support to join the corporate Talent Acquisition team. This role will support multiple segments and sectors and directly impact the businesses. This role is fast paced and requires excellent attention to detail. We are seeking an individual with a passion for driving results in a high volume environment while maintaining excellent internal customer service for key client groups.
Essential Functions:
- Manage a team of 8-15 direct reports
- Manage enterprise interview scheduling & on-site candidate support
- Manage successful Enterprise full-cycle onboarding
- Oversee I-9 and Citizenship Verification
- Ensure OFCCP compliance requirements are met
- Oversee documentation and retention of key records
- Leverage reporting for workforce planning and driving results
- Other duties as assigned
- 10% local travel required
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 4 years prior experience - In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in HR or talent acquisition
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Supervisory experience with non-exempt employees
- Experience working in a metrics-based environment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Advanced Excel experience including pivot tables, formulas and formatting
- PowerPoint experience
