Job Description:
Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations. Analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity, and goal attainment. Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets. Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.
Essential Functions:
- Owns CRM discipline within the Sector as a CRM super user
- Standardize opportunity entries to include expected demand profile
- Establish cadence with BD team and Finance to keep databases updated
- Own Power BI reporting dashboards to ensure accurate orders and revenue forecasting
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. (CRM, Sharepoint, and Power BI, sales operations demand planning)
- This facility requires U.S. Citizenship
