Job Description:
L3Harris is searching for talented Engineering Test Technicians to join the L3Harris team testing In Circuit Testing of Military avionics Circuit Cards. The candidate will be responsible for executing CCA functional, thermal/vibration ESS tests and final acceptance tests on hardware. This position is a 4/10AM shift (Monday to Thursday) support.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or schematics to perform work duties
- Work under direct supervision using a prescribed set of processes and procedures
- Work directly with engineers optimizing test processes and procedures
- Lean, continuous improvement mindset
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Ability to read and understand spreadsheets
- Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment with strong attention to detail
- The ability to lift 32 pounds regularly
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office)
- Professional attitude and excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Ability to work occasional weekend, off-shift, and overtime work.
