Job Description:
The Intel and Cyber Sector of L3Harris Technologies Space and Airborne Systems segment has an opening for a Program Financial Analyst to join our Tactical Missions Division team of qualified and diverse individuals. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and a collaborative team setting.
Essential Functions:
- Lead several Tactical ISR Major Projects consisting of a mix of cost plus and commercial fixed price type contracts.
- Complete Major Projects level OSP and cash forecasting and analysis.
- Provide financial guidance to program management teams for financial activities including but not limited to audits and EAC’s.
- Knowledge of Program Execution, Earned Value Management, Proposal Processes and L3Harris policies and procedures.
- Lead the improvement and streamlining of policies and procedures, including driving utilization of Cobra for Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) program variance analyses.
- Limited travel will be required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
Preferred Additional Skills:
- BS/BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with a financial analysis background with 4+ years Program Finance experience with programs, proposals and audits; or equivalent.
- 2+ Years Experience with EVM, financial performance reporting, internal/customer reporting.
- Requires proficient knowledge of job area. May have practical knowledge of project management.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skill set, including the capability to interface with customers and form strong business partnerships with key program leaders.
- Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people of all levels within the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to influence peers
- Ability to proactively solve problems and issues in a timely manner with little to no supervision.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Peoplesoft and Hyperion FCSTSI.
- Top Secret Clearance is preferred.
