Job Description:
The Intl & Strat Growth Pgms is a newly formed organization with an international portfolio consisting of $150M in orders and $290M in revenue for 2025. We have large programs with unique financing and revenue recognition considerations in which L3Harris is acquiring aircraft and performing complex high-tech missions. Responsibilities:
- Proactively solve problems and issues in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Identify and implement process improvement
- Maintain high attention to detail
- Support the updates and maintenance of the EACs and Profitability Assessments in conjunction with Program Management
- Ensuring adherence to all procedures within Finance and Accounting policies
- Forecast project financials, including Cost of Sales, Revenue, Operating Income and Cash
- Actionable financial analysis
- Track program expenditures to enable timely decision making and ensuring financial compliance
- Cross functional collaboration, business partner to program management, and mentor to early career finance staff.
- Take ownership for financial controls and gaining exposure to all aspects of the organization to understand the mission and how to best add value to the team.
- Ability to concisely communicate complex scenarios to an often-unfamiliar audience is a key attribute.
- Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
- 2+ years of prior expertise using program finance tools such as: SAP/Excel/Hyperion 2+ years’ experience with Earned Value
- 2+ years of experience with aerospace program experience
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in Aerospace and Defense industry
