Job Description:
The Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) Sector of L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support our Sector CFO and staff in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area. The position will require travel between Plano, Rockwall, and Greenville, TX, with a primary office location available in any of the three cities. The Senior Executive Assistant is a key member of the team, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the department and the site. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Essential Functions:
- Under minimal supervision, performs a variety of executive administrative support duties that are complex in nature and where judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
- Provide administrative support to the CFO and leadership team, including scheduling meetings, proactively managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external events.
- Process expense reports and invoices.
- Serve as a liaison between the leadership team and other internal teams while maintaining confidentiality and diplomacy.
- Support general office duties, including ordering and stocking of office supplies, drinks, food, and snacks in support of site operations/meetings/routine business.
- Assist with special projects and perform additional duties assigned by leaders.
- Assist CFO with ongoing requests for approval by screening contents prior to submission to CFO.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively through frequent interruptions and critical time constraints.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Demonstrate high level of maturity and confidentiality relating to sensitive information; to include maintaining sensitive documents/files for leaders.
- Effectively work as a team member; successfully establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to other assistants.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under critical time constraints.
- Experience in project management, including planning, monitoring, and resolving issues.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with ten (10) years of administrative experience.
- 2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with six (6) years of administrative experience.
- 4+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office tools, (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Zoom.)
- 2+ years’ experience as Senior Executive Assistant required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience with SharePoint administration, Concur/SAP, ARIBA and Envoy.
- Prior Aerospace and Defense Industry experience.
