Job Description:
Serve as a liaison between Operations and Program Management in support program requirements and milestones.
Professional with broad theoretical job knowledge of material coordination and processes.
Works under minimal direction and guidance within standard processes for non-routine tasks.
Communicates and coordinates within own team as well as other organizations to provide solutions to problems within the supply chain.
Contributes to systems and process changes in work routines.
Works to achieve operational targets that impact team results.
Essential Functions:
- Advise management of the status of work in progress to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
- Communicates within and outside of own function or business area and has responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g. vendors, etc.) when necessary. Explains, interprets, and gains cooperation on policies, procedures and practices.
- Manage workload independently through a SharePoint system.
- Coordinate interdepartmental activity with quality assurance; manufacturing; purchasing; engineering; inventory control, Program Office Management, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of zero (0) to two (1) years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
- Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Position requires the ability and willingness to support any shift.

- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Strong communication skills
- SAP experience
