About the role

We are seeking an Integrated Logistics Support(ILS) specialist, for an Engineer position, working across some of our organisations’ most high profile programs. Through effective engagement with engineering discipline leads and geographically dispersed - project teams, the Senior ILS Engineer will lead the delivery of ILS outcomes on their assigned project portfolio. 

Core activities of this role will be centred around producing ILS contract data requirements across current L3Harris projects and programs. As an ILS SME, your tasks may include but not be limited to carry out RAM modelling tasks to identify provisioning strategies, present on ILS Engineering aspects at PMO-led customer meetings, conduct various analysis tasks including LORA, LCC and FMECA, staying abreast of ILS trends and technologies to support the organisation’s ILS continuous improvement initiatives. 

About you

To be successful in this role and to best leverage the opportunities provided by L3Harris, some skills & experience ideal applicants will bring include;

• Tertiary qualifications in either an Engineering, ILS or Scientific discipline
• Working experience at the Senior Engineer level, preferably in the ILS field
• Proficiency with ILS methodologies and technical risk management
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Conversant with succinct brief writing and data presentation
