About the role
We are seeking an experienced Configuration Management (CM) Lead to assist with the creation and control of engineering data. Your focus will be on the development of the plans and processes required for IMSA to deliver products and services per the customer requirements.
As a key member of multiple projects teams your tasks may include but not be limited to, Championing the implementation of our PLM Tool, Development and delivery of CM plans and processes, basic CM training material for new users and supporting teams to define strategy through the entire lifecycle.
Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in an Engineering, CM or related field
- 3-5 years minimum experience in CM in a Defence or strong regulatory environment i.e Aerospace or Rail Industries
- 5+ years of post-graduation experience in one or more engineering disciplines (preferred)
- Strong knowledge and experience of the use and development of Electronic Configuration Management Systems. Use of the Siemens TeamCenter PLM tool preferred.
- Knowledge of Configuration Management Standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated
