Job Description: Responsible for the interior design, space planning, construction management, maintenance and operations of all company facilities and grounds, leased and owned. Develops, manages and tracks facilities capital and facilities operating expense budgets and establishes long-range facilities strategic plans in support of business goals. Oversees the planning and implementation of space allocation, furniture and equipment layouts, communication services and networking requirements. Ensures facilities’ compliance with building codes, guidelines, and regulations. Responsible for preventative, routine and emergency repair and maintenance of all facilities and facilities support equipment. Responsible to maintain and utilize a facilities maintenance management and work order system. Inspects facilities and evaluates such factors as HVAC systems, lighting, size, condition and suitability for occupancy. Coordinates work of contractors and interfaces with external government agencies on facilities matters. Jointly responsible for facilities security and health and safety standards within the facility.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree (Master of Arts (MA)/Master of Science (MS)) and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD. OR, BA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD. OR, 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, 8 of which must be in the DoD.
- Must be avble to obtain Top Secret clearance.
