Job Description:

• Operate Quadra-7 X-Ray machine.
• Perform X-Ray inspection on Ball Grid Arrays (BGA), bottom termination components (BTCs), and all other required electrical/mechanic componets per drawing requirements
• Ability to interpret drawings and process books for X-Ray requirements
• Inspect and write-up component failures using the FRACAS system
• Process standard X-Ray operation steps in Zeus
• Perform pull testing using Instron machine

Essential Functions:

• Perform X-Ray inspection on all CCAs to support First Article and production
• Process failures and disposition using the FRACAS system
• Perform X-Ray inspection of rework hardware
• Perform pull testing on cable harnesses as required

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• A minimum of 1-2 years of prior relevant experience
• Security Clearance required upon hire:   Clearance Not Required
• Security Clearance required for role:  Clearance Not Required

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Knowledge and/or experience with Agile/PdM, FRACAS, Zeus
• Knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of and/or understanding of electronic components and assemblies
