Job Title: Contract Administrator (Clifton, NJ)
Location: Clifton, NJ
Job Description:
The Contract Administrator (CA) will assist in contract support activities. CA will support Contracts Managers in inputting contractual information into Financial Systems and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, as well as various databases. CAs will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Company policies, Government acquisition regulations, customer requirements, and will support the following:
- Process contract information in accordance with corporate and team policies.
- Process orders against existing Long-Term Agreements, Master Repair Agreements, Commercial price lists, etc.
- Develop strong customer relationships with internal and external customers to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Analyze contractual agreements such as: Contracts, Contract Modifications, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Memorandum of Understandings, etc.; ensuring limited risk to the company
- Complete contractual and proposal documentation such as representations and certifications, contractual deliverables, organization conflicts of interest, FAR/DFAR clauses, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
