Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking an Associate, Project Manager to join its Chula Vista, CA team.  The Project Manager will oversee and manage internal and/or external operational aspects of ongoing projects within a program.

Essential Functions:

• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops and implements mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Works independently under general direction and guidance on non-routine tasks requiring judgement and initiative. Standard processes are provided, and peer review may be required. Less guidance and direction provided as proficiency increases.
• Provide guidance and assistance to support level employees.
• Interface with other project managers, planning, the project team and line management.

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience as a project lead/supervisory experience. Minimum10 years shipyard experience.
• Must be a US Citizen

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $58,000 - $108,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
