Job Description:

Under general guidance of supervision, perform a variety of inventory, shipping and receiving duties.

Responsibilities:

• Packaging product and other miscellaneous material for shipment.
• Apply shipping documentation, labels and stencil containers as required.
• Unload and receive incoming material, retrieve packing lists and bills of lading, document any damaged or discrepant material prior to signing off on deliveries.
• Print receiving documents, tag and process material appropriately. 
• Requires significant personal computer use.
• Analyze, interpret and transact all documents for incoming or outgoing stockroom materials.
• Build and maintain accurate files for incoming and outgoing materials and components.
• Create and update reports.
• Resolve any discrepancies between the computer database and conflicting documentation.
• Pick materials for production jobs and store as required. 
• Receive material from inspection acceptance point and store in assigned locations.
• Move materials to support build process. 
• Perform stock checks and location audits.
• Perform inventory andcycle counting functions.
• Utilize and operate cranes, forklift and other material handling devices.
• Follow regular daily routines, established practices, or verbal instructions.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• Forklift certification

• Good communication Skills
• Computer Literacy

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary for this role is $25.40/hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
